Position Overview:
As an Insulation Installer at Eco Insulators, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective and efficient installation of insulation materials in various settings. We are seeking a highly motivated Crew Member to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation Expertise:
- Execute the installation of various insulation materials, including cellulose, spray foam, fiberglass, and other types, ensuring precision and adherence to safety standards.
- Site Preparation:
- Prepare work sites by measuring, cutting, and fitting insulation materials to specific dimensions, considering factors such as framing and existing structures.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure the insulation is installed correctly, meets code compliance, and aligns with customer requirements.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with team members, including project managers and other installers, to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the installation process.
- Customer Interaction:
- Interact professionally with clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the installation process and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure work environment, utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) and following the industry’s best practices.
- Documentation:
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to the installation process, including project reports and material usage records.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in insulation installation or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of insulation materials, tools, and installation techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in various environments.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift, carry, and maneuver insulation materials and equipment.
- Commitment to safety protocols and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential hazards.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Drug Testing.
